Make sure your posts speak to your followers, giving them reasons to engage with rather than hide your content. The algorithm does some further checks for spam and credibility based on the quality of your account and your network.
Engagement is also very important in this stage. Human editors review content and determine whether it should continue to be displayed, or even boosted.

That means LinkedIn has exceptional targeting capabilities, allowing you to make laser-focused strategic decisions about incorporating LinkedIn ads into your social media marketing strategy. I own a company of my own but,I had not given much thought to using LinkedIn to help me do it until I read about this website. I blundered through signing up for it but,without a lot of direction. This book is slowly helping me understand the ins and outs of this site in a step by step manner. Book is outdated by a new version of Linkedin software. Its difficult to tie this book to the latest version of software. Gives great insight for a person's LinkedIn profile.
